The city of Nis in Serbia hosted the second meeting of the Erasmus+ Sport Project “Discover Europe through Sports & Games” (Discovery EU).
The Discovery EU is a small-scale partnership in the field of Sport, that aims at increasing the feeling of belonging to the EU among young people through sport, including vulnerable groups, enhancing opportunities to try and discover different sports and raising awareness of the importance of physical activity, also through the use of digital, in formal and non-formal education settings.
The project it’s implemented by GEA Coop Sociale from Italy in partnership with Irish Wheelchair Association IWA-Sport from Ireland, Club for Youth Empowerment 018 (KOM 018) from Serbia and ADCS Carvalhais from Portugal. This sport project is co-funded by the Erasmus+ program of the Eurpean Union.
This second meeting included a training mobility for partner trainers that happened on the 26th and 27th April and was organized by the KOM 018 from Serbia.
