The headquarters of the Portuguese Field Hockey Federation in the city of Porto hosted on the last 28th March the Kick-Off of the Erasmus+ Sport Project “PERSOL”.
The official name of the project is “building psychological resilience of athletes through personal development tools” and the specific objectives of the project are:
- Building capacities of organizations to create, develop and implement activities that are focused on psychological and emotional resilience of athletes (especially females), in service of their professional stability and development.
- Up taking knowledge and improving skills and digital competences of coaches and trainers to deliver activities through direct work with athletes and online.
- Promoting young athletes’ mental well-being on local level as one of the objectives of the European Youth Goals.
The partners of this project are MikroPilot form Serbia, Klub Americkog Fudbala Indjija from Serbia, Association For Progress, Education Lobbying Nel Skopje from North Macedonia and the Portuguese Field Hockey Federation from Portugal.
