Last week the Erasmus+ Sport project “Grassroots CSR” had its final project meeting in the city of Maribor in Slovenia.
The “Grassroots football clubs and corporate social responsibility” project aim was to promote Social Responsibility in Grassroots Football (CSR), but also to encourage the exchange of experiences and co-operation between four regional football associations/federations.
One of the main outputs of the project was the creation of a manual on the good practices in Corporate Social responsibility of Grassroots Football Clubs. We also provide trainings on the topic for internal staff and other member football clubs of the partner regional football associations.
The partnership was coordinated by the Opole Regional FA from Poland and has as full partners three other Regional Football Associations: Navarra FA from Spain, Porto FA from Portugal and Maribor FA from Slovenia.
