On the 22nd and 27th January, the ISCAP in Porto and the Professional Foootball Players Union (Sindicato dos Jogadores) in the city of Odivelas in Portugal, each one of these organizations held a face-to-face workshop session on the importance of personal skills in today’s job market and how to work on them through sport.
These workshops were part of the Erasmus Plus Sport Project “Sport4E” and focused on the importance of personal skills in today’s job market, the career transition for athletes and also the importance of developing business ideas.
The workshop at the “Player Campus” in Odivelas was accredited by the Portuguese Institute of Youth and Sport and had as speakers the experts Nádia Tavares and Luís Vaz. The workshop at the ISCAP in Porto had as speakers Marco Lamas and Nuno Marques Silva.
